Josh leads Convergence’s product strategy and development initiatives, overseeing the design, execution, and delivery of business intelligence solutions for clients across the asset management industry. He works closely with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to translate market needs into scalable products that support business intelligence, risk monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
Prior to joining Convergence, Josh gained experience at Barclays Investment Bank and First Keystone Community Bank.
